Grandma May & Grandpa Ivan Micheletti

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. My father's parents are from Italy and my mother's parents were born and raised in San Francisco.

I love all things food! Check out my recipe page and blog to see some of my scrumptious creations.

I am married with four children and enjoy spending time watching my daughters dance and sing around the house and my son plays football.

My Great Uncle Frank Sarubbi helped Joe Caprole open Capp's Corner Restuarant on the corner of Green and Powell in San Francisco in 1967. My Grandfather Ivan Micheletti helped with the business side of the restaurant and all the original recipies were based on my Grandmother May's cooking which is probably where I get my passion for food.

Unfortunately Capp's Corner closed it's doors for business on Saturday, April 19, 2015. Luckily, I was able to visit and meet the new owners Tom and Maureen Ginella who have carried on and added to the Italian family-style tradition my family started so many years ago.
